This series explores the experience of living between two worlds, Hungarian and American, and the emotional complexity of a dual identity. Growing up with two languages and histories, the artist expresses feelings of belonging and displacement through color, design, and symbolism.Wooden surfboards create a sense of balance and movement, reflecting the navigation between spaces that feel both like home and not home. Hungary represents roots, tradition, family, and first language, while America holds childhood memories and personal growth. Painted in acrylic on birch wood panels, the works are a deeply personal reflection on dual identity.

"I wanted to do something personal about my identity. Working with the wooden surfboards was the hardest part, but through them I could show what it feels like to live between two worlds, to belong everywhere and nowhere at once."
